Welcome to Crafola Solutions. By accessing or using our website https://www.crafolasolutions.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

1. Once the token is paid, the token amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. The client should be calm and polite while giving any set of corrections or design changes.
If not, we will cancel the project and the token advance will not be refundable.
3.All the corrections are documentary only.
4.All the requirements for the design are given in the contract.
If there are any extra changes apart from the contract, they are chargeable
5.After completion of the project, we will provide 1 year of maintenance support (for bugs and errors only).
Any design changes or layout changes will be chargeable
6.Maintenance charges are applied yearly, at ₹1500, for any applicable bugs and errors.
7. As Digital Marketing Agency, there will be only one point of contact (a senior) for decision making the same point of contact is required to check with me for any design or changes give.
8.Three (3) revisions will be provided after the website is 80% completed.
Any revisions beyond this will be chargeable.
9.The client must provide content, feedback, and approval through one point of contact who is responsible for decision-making.
If not, the assigned person must obtain approval from the decision-maker and then provide the final approved content or confirmation.
