Hemakaivannam.com is a sweet and grocery business based in Bangalore, delivering both within the city and across India. Earlier, they were taking orders through WhatsApp and Instagram, which made it hard to track orders and manage customers as the business started growing.

They contacted us to find a better solution. We suggested creating an E-commerce website so that all orders could come into one single place and all products could be displayed clearly. This made order tracking easier and helped them manage payments smoothly.

Since sweets are made fresh every week, we advised them not to use Cash on Delivery (COD). If customers refuse COD orders at delivery, the sweets could get spoiled. They agreed and chose online payments only.

They also offer a weekly healthy diet pack, which is delivered only within Bangalore. For this, they asked for a separate page to collect orders only for this plan.

Because their budget was very limited, we provided a simple and cost-effective solution to collect local leads within Bangalore. This feature worked well for their needs.

Due to budget limits, the website was built with a focus on design, development, fast loading speed, and product photoshoot. SEO was not included in this project.
